L2 faculty

The L2 laboratory is situated on the 5th stage of the Faculty of Medicine of Creteil. It is open to all persons working in the constituent units of the IMRB, and secondarily to other laboratories working in collaboration with one of the constituent units. This laboratory corresponds to the definition of a real L2 facility, with a high-pressure access zone, a low-pressure work zone, HEPA filters and type II Microbiological Safety Cabinets.
This laboratory is equipped for the manipulation of class 2 Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs).
Elisabeth Marcos bears technical responsibility for this facility, aided by Sandrine Machane.
